Baked Tilapia & Avocado


Think Easy!
This dish takes no time at all to prepare: put it in the oven and 15 minutes later you have a delicious meal that everyone will enjoy!


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh Tropical™ Tilapia
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • Cheddar cheese to taste
  • Salt and Pepper

 

Directions:

Place the Tropical Tilapia fillets in the bottom of a glass baking dish. 

Thinly slice fresh avocado and place on fillets, top with slices of fresh tomato.  

Add salt and pepper and grated cheddar cheese on top, to taste. 

Bake on the middle rack of your oven at 375°F for 15-18 minutes.  Cheese will be melted and light golden brown in color when done.
