OUR FARM
Located on the outskirts of Baru Volcano National Park in Panama, with warm year-round temperatures Lamasur's enviroment is ideal for trout aquaculture. Lamasur produces as much as 300,000 pounds of rainbow trout annually. As with our tilapia and shrimp, the trout at Lamasur are raised in the most ecologically friendly manner possible.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PRACTICES
Our trout are raised in earthen raceways, fed by an abundance of fresh rainforest water. As with all of our farms, our effluents are strictly managed to protect neighboring ecology. We use no chemicals, antibiotics or mammal proteins.

QUALITY AND SAFETY
As with all of our facilities, our quality control experts monitor every step of production and the Lamasur plant is 100% HACCP compliant. Our trout products are delivered fresh, never frozen, to our ports of entry in the United States and are available in a variety of trims and sizes.
